The Talk

  • Have the kids written their letters to Santa yet?

Tell them to get busy, then bring them to the Berea Rec Center before December 11. If they want Santa to respond, you’ll need to include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Read more about this in the latest Berea newsletter.

  • Remember last week when we encouraged you to buy local?

Here’s another opportunity to give a gift made by local artists. The Berea Fine Arts Club is hosting its annual “Home for the Holidays” art show this Friday through Sunday at the Little Red Schoolhouse. Check out the notice in the December Berea newsletter. Shop local, buy local.

  • Attention craft beer enthusiasts—Join the Berea Arts Fest for “Arts Festivus” to support the arts in 2022. For a donation of only $20, you’ll get a 22-ounce bottle of special Arts Festivus craft beer. Visit to order and pick up this weekend!
